Excellent customer service, they called to let me know I left money in the car after I returned it. They could’ve kept instead of calling, but did the right thing. Very honest and integral professionals at this location. Will definitely recommend and use again! ud83dudc4d

I booked a rental car directly on the Enterprise website for The Wadsworth Ohio location. I requested an SUV and the reservation took 5 minutes to fill out. Almost immediately after completing my reservation, I got a call from Chad who works at the Wadsworth location and he let me know that they didn't have the exact car I booked but we would be able to make something work. He also let me know I can bring my own EZ pass which I have.nnWe ended up not needing the rental car but I wanted to write a review because I did have to work with Chad on getting the right car and potentially arriving 15 minutes after the shop closed, and he was more than willing to accommodate. When I called him to cancel the reservation he was professional and friendly and I want to make it known that if you're in the area and you need a rental car, see Chad because he was ready and willing to help!

Very expensive!! Take advantage of elderly people! They didn't explain the gas fill policy very well they charged us for a full tank if gas even tho we only used about a quarter of a tank!!nWe did have a nice to drive but didn't need the extra expense. We had to rent the car because our cars had been totaled. They should have shown some mercy.

This is only my second time renting here as I only rent when I need car repairs and don't have a back up vehicle. Both times have been so stress free. This time, I'm dealing with non-responsiveness from two insurance companies and was so relieved to deal with Enterprise. I regret not getting the young man's name that was working. He was SO helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely make this Enterprise location the only rental company I deal with.
