I have always had a pleasant experience with Enterprise. The nearby office has a permanent return customer! Whenever I call, I am given fast and courteous service. The in office rep finds exactly what I request, and explains all of the fees and options. It's always fast, hassle free and affordable.
This location in Wauseon is great. They always have a car available (even if it may not be the kind I want). They are also always willing to pick me up and do so in a very prompt manner. The manager is incredibly friendly and personable. He explains things clearly and is very thorough. I will always come back for my car renting needs!
We love Enterprise! Specifically the one located at Don's Chevrolet in Wauseon. Ryan is super friendly and will work to get you your best deal. He seems to really enjoy his job. We always rent a vehicle for our family vacation and it is always worth it. The cars are always newer models with low mileage and we have yet to have any issues with them. Rent early if you want a good price. Normally you get a better deal renting for the week. The office is located right on the side of Don's so it is easy to miss, but it is well marked on the building. I have rented with them probably a dozen times now and I will definitely continue to do so! We really like it there.
They are great to work with and got me just what I needed!
