Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Everything was great. Only thing, I had to wait a little for the car. It had to be sanitized. Much appreciated. They are looking out for their customer's health.

STAY AWAY - Dishonest customer service teamnAs a loyal Emerald Executive Elite member, I am highly disappointed by the unethical business practices of this Enterprise branch. An agent facilitating the rental included optional rental charges on my contract despite being told to not include any optional charges. They do not attempt to resolve any conflicts with you and instead refer to the signed contract as some sort of 'gotcha' game. I do not recommend obtaining a rental from this place and will attempt to get Cavalier Auto Shop to stop doing business with this branch.
