Zero stars. Disappointed in Hertz! Will not recommend this Hertz or any HERTZ to anyone. Staff was friendly but did not seem to care that they could not provide the car we reserved a month in advance nor were they interested in fixing the issue they created. Too bad Hertz is the only rental in Aberdeen. Will not rent from HERTZ again. They have lost a long time customer.
It shows their hours are Sat 9am-noon. Hertz accepted a reservation and they were actually closed with no other option to pick up a car. Pretty awful customer service.

Terrible Customer Service. I am appalled how Policy is more important than customer ServicenRented at Seattle Airport. No Oil cap. Found out haours Later. Called Roadside was in Aberdeen. 2.5 hrs away. They told me I ( Had) to go back to Seattle Airport. No other Agency had Cars. 4 ( Aberdeen). Didn’t even Andwer the Phone Calls 8 made in 2 hrs.nFrom Myself and 1800 hertz #.nThey advised me I had to pretty much Waste 7hrs of my day. (2.5) to Seattle and (2.5) back to Aberdeen. Plus the 1.5hr wait for Roadside. I’m AMAZED
