Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I totally understand social distancing and the new ways we have to do things. However- as a business you should not make your customers stand OUTSIDE in the RAIN to wait to pick up their car. I waited nearly a half hour in the rain to pick up my car. The man working was helping another lady who was standing under cover and I had to wait in the rain at the ‘stand here for service’ sign. It was not a good experience. I was tired, cold, wet and frustrated by the time I had my car and was on my way.

Enterprise is becoming my go-to for rental cars. They aren’t the cheapest of the corporate car rentals but so far my experience has been consistently reasonable (my average over several trips is $32/day). They are the only rental company in my rural area. The customer service is great and they are taking extra cleaning steps during COVID. I would reduce by 1 star (I decided not to) because the store in my area is not open on weekends and therefore you have to extend the rental till Monday morning. Hopefully that changes.

Very helpful and had me on my way within minutes

I arrived about 10 minutes before they closed. It took about five minutes to get in my car. I was impressed. This office is practicing safe Covid masks and social distancing. I felt very safe renting a car from this location.
