Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The staff were friendly. However we have rented from here a couple times and every time we wait for over an hour as they seem on organized. The manager was very polite and would engage with us and give us updates. The van we rented was clean however there were a few rappers under the seat and cheese it crackers on the floor. Check in was fairly easy as was the drop off.

The vehicle I got was fine until I realize the heat in the vehicle was not working well. Called, and pretty much told me to to handle it myself at discount tire. Wasn't too happy about that.

Came and picked me up when I dropped off my vehicle at repair shop and then was taken back to Enterprise office to do paperwork. I was able to leave rental vehicle at repair shop when my vehicle repairs were done. So seamless service. Nice customer service.

Sunday 21 Feb 2021 We went to Enterprise rental on L street because we were told that this Enterprise store was the only one in our area that had pick up trucks available to sign for. We went to sign for the rental pick up truck that my spouse had asked for and had been told by the insurance agent he spoke with was avaible to us. When we went in to sign for said pick up truck my spouse was told by the Enterprise agent that she did not have pick up trucks in her department. When my spouse asked to speak to someone in that department they were told that that department is not in on Sundays. My spouse will be making this known to our insurance company.

Well it's an unfortunate day when you have to leave a one-star review hoping that people will avoid a place. But sure ineptitude of the employees is a sad State of affairs try different location maybe have better luck than I did.
