Budget Car Rental

This is a great place, I had to make an emergency last minute trip; every other car rental establishment in the city was out of stock. These guys had just a few vehicles left and yet they were still able to help me out last minute. I returned very very late at night/early morning the next day and left a few items in the truck. I called them a day later when I realized I was missing a few things and they already had them waiting for me in the lost and found. Due to my very late return trip I left the tank on this giant truck almost empty, I was fully aware that this was going to cost me a significant amount. During my call looking for my lost items they brought up the gas bill and without provocation cut it in half! If that’s not real customer service I don’t know what is. At this location ask for Kim she’s amazing. 5/5 stars fair prices, great customer service zero complaints.

The highest level of customer service I have ever received from a car rental was right here. What you are looking for, I already found. Stop looking to save $5, just go with Budget and realize that you did pay less and they like customers and enjoy helping you.

I have been in multi-unit management for several years and as such am always traveling. For many years I was with National per my companies contract. After a job change a little over a year ago, I was given a bit more choice in who I use. I gave budget a try about 6 months ago, simply based on proximity to my home. I have only rented from the location on 116th and dodge in Omaha, NE.nnI have rented for single day use, week rentals, and as of late, many long term rentals. I cannot begin to say enough positive things about the folks at Budget. The rates are very competitive, and often times you can find a great deal if you utilize the membership programs. The staff is amazing to work with, especially Kim! She is always so, so pleasant to work with. They have always tried to do what is most convenient for me, and ensure I am satisfied every step of the way. The vehicles are always very, very clean and well maintained (they also have a great selection..)nnUnless there was a management change within the past 6 months, i cannot fathom why anyone would've left a poor review here. This is hands down the best vehicle rental experience I have ever had...and this is coming from someone who has been renting frequently for the past 13 years.

The women working at this Budget rental in Omaha Nebraska are absolutely wonderful very helpful very knowledgeable too bad there weren't more people in the world like them

DO NOT RENT A CAR AT THIS LOCATION!nIf you do, make sure you have a credit card or they will hold insane amount for deposit and you’ll be lucky to get it back.nBe very careful! I travel a lot so renting cars is part of my life I’ve always rented with Alamo, a bit pricey but worth it, the only time I rented from them turned out to be a nightmare as I’m %100 sure I will not get my deposit and I have no idea why.
