I was extremely upset about an experience I had at 84th st. with Clint(awful). Ali on pacific st. kept me coming back to Avis. He traded me out of that shot up car Clint tried to rent me and even upgraded it for me. He sincerely apologized for my previous experience and got me on my way. Every time I need a rental I call Ali from Avis on pacific st. and he takes care of everything. He makes renting a car a very easy process. In and out and your on your way.

Geez where do I start. They gave me a broken car 1st. Then one that got me sick with covid. Yeah ummmmmm avis isn't the spot
