Stay away. This started all bad, almost late for my grandfather’s funeral, then on the way it started to rain and when the wipers were turned on they were totally shot so I had to stop and buy wipers once I was able to get off the freeway. When I returned the car they wanted to drill me about how it smelled like smoke even though I don’t smoke. My attorney will be in contact with the corporate office but do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Horrible HORRIBLE customer service. The store, the company, everything about Hertz. I am telling you it is worth it to make the drive to another rental place. Even if you have to pay an extra $10/day, DO IT! It will be worth it in the end when you aren’t left without a car the day of your reservation because of THEIR screw up with no effort to fix it what so ever.

Do NOT trust them with your card informationnThey actually illegally charged me $150 for a service dog even though I had vacuumed and sprayed febreeze. I provided proof of the service dog when I picked up the car, they violated the Americans with Disabilities act of 1990. I was told they were working on refunding the money. It’s been two weeks and I’m still out $150 they admitted they were wrong within 2hrs of charging me but weeks later I’m still out the money They made over $450 off me I drove less than 100miles returned with extra gas and they took advantage of my telling them about my dog

What a nightmare! I reserved a Pacifica a month ago to pick up at 9 am. Get there, theres no Pacifica or same style vehicle. So I have to either take a different style completely or come back at noon n the Pacifica will be ready. Ok noon, still no Pacifica. So the other vehicle 1 dont have in car Hotspot, that I need so my daughter can still do her school work. The other one now we have to wait to be cleared from inspection...holy hell, omg, what else can go wrong. I felt as I was being blamed as well that's what..nTERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLEnSo the reservation i made was pointless, didn't get the vehicle I needed, the Hotspot I needed, or get to leave when I needed to, 3 PM before I drove offnThey lie, dont know their services, can't be relied on for traveling on time restraint, and THE BATHROOM WAS NASTY!

Fraud. Rented fullsize through priceline. They set me up with a midsized. When I questioned her. She argued it was midsized until I pulled out my receipt from priceline. They didn't have one to rent. They asked me to wait for omeone to bring one over. They gave me a dirty smelly car. She promised to make it up to me by not changing for one day. Since they were going to be closed when I wanted to turn it in ..I was going to go rent from the airport instead. I just got the bill..she charged me. Ii will never use them again.
