I was so disappointed all rental car agencies increased their rates dramatically for the holiday weekend. I chose not to rent ,will use a third party

This is a licensee location. I don't know what that means. All I know is Stephanie gave me a free upgrade and she had me on my way very quickly. Would rent from this location again if I needed to.

Great car- but good luck ever getting assistance if you need it. Left something on the front seat and dropped key in the box without knowing I left something... been trying to track it down for a week and pretty sure their employees just stole it instead of turning it in.nnEdit for Bob- unfortunately that link that you provided does not give me any information, and I still do not have resolution of the situation. Please call me like I've asked 5 times via calling your business.

This location is horrible from the people that work there (Sophia). They are all snakes and will only try and do what’s best for them, be careful of Cristina she will sneak upgrades on you without you knowing, sad to see the lovely counter girl gone who was the only good person there. Probably having something to do with the manager pushing her out because she felt like nothing in comparison. Sophia Baker is horrible I hate seeing her at this location.

Avoid this place will never rent car from here I rented a car from here and the drop place in Arizona was no longer in service i talk to stephanie and explained the situation that the place was no longer in service and abandonednand said to me I had to take it to a different i ask her if they will be more charges and said no just take it to the different location I was 1hr late and they charge me 2 days I told them the issue did not wanted to help me out what a RIP off
