Confusing when you walk up to the counter because National car rental and enterprise were both sharing the same rep. Easy to find. Me and two other people behind me waiting for assistance with enterprise found it confusing because we were standing in front of enterprise counter when the rep said loudly that she was servicing both national and enterprise. Anyways, it was an easy checkout. Vehicle as described and on good condition, tank full and process was a synch ... nothing like hassle free checkouts minus the one exception. Rep friendly and knowledgeable. Easy return and paid for what was detailed to me and no hidden fees.
I wish the one way fees wasnt so high. I rent a car atleast once a week and have to shop around for the lowest one way fee. Other than that I like enterprise.

Picked up car at Tri-Cities, WA. airport. Great, and I mean the best, service I've gotten at any airport in a long time. Service rep was knowledgeable, courteous, fast, and well spoken. I was in and out in nothing flat. A bit of a walk to the car but ...nWill definitely rent from them again. Price was very reasonable for a one day rental.
