On short 24 hour notice a family emergency made it necessary for me to fly from Seattle to Pasco. I needed a car to get to Walla Walla. Budget was the least expensive for a mid size SUV and the service was excellent. They were helpful, friendly, and very understanding. I personally did not like the car I chose, but certainly no reflection on Budget. I was very pleased with my service/price/ease and readiness of Budget to help. I highly recommend them any time you need a car rental.
Renting with budget is always affordable. Budget has very nice vehicles. Example I just rented a Dodge Ram Pick up, I might just buy one. Friendly easy to use service. Love budget.
We had to upgrade to a larger vehicle to fit our golf clubs. Which we loved the JEEP and glad we did. I wish there would have been a offer for an upgrade or a discount as we were renting it for 2 weeks.
Awesome guy who helped me decide on upgrading, ($10 for a hybrid and WORTH. IT.) The underage fees were waived, considering I was driving my nephew to his surgery about 200 miles away it was nice to have a dependable car without paying an arm and a leg because I'm under 25. Sister and I split the cost and will be coming back! Thank you!
Nice car that did exactly what we needed to drive around the mountains. We upgraded when we got to the counter because the service agent recommended it when we told him what we planned to do.
