Use extreme caution hertz will definitely charge you extra money on your credit card. I returned my car on time. They keeped my Deposit and charged 5 day's of late fees. How can it be late if it's in Hertz parking lot? Be very careful. Keep a track on your bank account. Disappointed ud83dude1e
Great service and friendly staff.
Amazing service at the Pangborn Airport! Polite, friendly, and knowledgeable! The young lady that assisted me was a delight. She even stayed during their closure to help me! She made it possible for me to make it to a family party!
We arrived two hours before our scheduled pick-up and we're planning to wait it out. The ladies there went out of their way to make it happen for us so we didn't have to wait. They absolutely didn't have to do it, but made it happen for us! So appreciated!
Don't believe the negative reviews! This lady running the show stayed very late to take care of 4 customers expertly! And, they remembered to reimburse my debit card. Something that is rare in my experience with hertzes. Will drive around in their cars again
