Quick, easy, painless. I've rented a lot of cars for business travel, but the company I worked for didn't deal with Enterprise directly. After this experience, I will only use Enterprise for my car rental needs. We needed a rental car to literally go car shopping and I called other rental company competitors and just getting through to someone was a task and very annoying. The Enterprise office in Biddeford, Maine was incredible and I was able to drop off my rental car in Nashua, NH where we picked up our new car. One easy call and everything was taken care of for us and Enterprise just came and got our rental. Customer service is the most important aspect to any business success and Enterprise goes above and beyond. Thanks to the Biddeford, Maine team for making this an easy and memorable process.

Never rented before. Called at 2 and was picked up at my front door and in a nice car by 4.the costumer service was wonderful and the rental price was great. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
