Beware when you return your car at Chicago O Hare. Customer training is a must. It is not always what is said to the customer but HOW it is said. I am just disappointed in my experience with Budget Rental Car in Chicago.
If I could give negative stars I would give -5. I paid ahead for my rental. The day before pickup it was canceled and they held the $350. Then when they tried to make amends they charged me twice and again held up my funds. How am I supposed to fill it up with has for return when my account is overdrawn? And the customer service was sub par... I got hung up onud83dude21
I have found the AVIS/BUDGET facility at the ROCKFORD airport to be consistently one of the best rental car experiences I ever have. The service counter personnel are very courteous and always provide a vehicle which meets or exceeds expectations. I have had several rentals with the ROCKFORD AVIS/BUDGET facility where I have required a specific type/class of vehicle for my needs and this facility has always been able to provide me with a more than satisfactory rental. The vehicles are always clean and serviced when I rent from this facility. Kudos; all car rental experiences should be this good.
Didn't rent a car so I guess it was fine. Shouldn't infringe on my space without being invited in.
