Reserved vehicle on their website received an email with a quick check in pass, picked up vehicle in Dekalb.nRental agent, very polite explained options, gave me the keys and I was on my way. Very efficient. I do it again anytime.
Had a terrible experience using enterprise. From start to finish my billing was always inaccurate. I was charged different amounts every week. Spoke to Nathan (manager at Rockford IL location) about this issues at least three times. Enterprise kept using my deposit saying they had to use because I’m being under charged and late. So I would have to pay more to make up for deposit. I was doing weekly rate which should have been 170 and some change. They also put my deposit back on two different cards when it should have been placed on one. Would not recommend using them. Paid almost 1000 dollars for total rental costs and enterprise did nothing to make this situation right! Terrible, terrible!
Staff was very helpful and prompt. I had two issues: since only a car class is guaranteed, I couldn't get the type of car I wanted and had to settle for a car without a feature I needed. Secondly, with over 7,000 miles on the car, it was obvious the oil had never been changed, so the change oil warning appeared every time I started the car and said 0% oil efficiency remaining.
Excellent customer service. Very professional crew. We want to thank Spencer the Assistant Manager at the branch for the service provided. On a tight notice he was able to get us a vehicle to travel to NY. Once in NY he also helped with closing the rental. Very professional I will always be a customer here thanks to Spencer.
Worst experience I have ever encountered at a rental company. The staff was rude and unprofessional. The manager Stephen is a joke! The clerk who had the blue hair did not show one ounce of remorse or empathy. They inconvenienced me with attending a close relative funeral with their errors and didn’t even care to clean it up! I would not recommend this place to any one!! I also have written a letter to corporate.
