Worst rental location/company ever. They will literally lie to your face and charge you whatever they want above the signed agreement. Best of all, if you challenge it with your Credit Card company it won’t work. Don’t ever use Hertz or go to 2095 N Rand are Location ever. The dealership here will not help and basically will look the other way after they take advantage of you. It must be a company policy. Enterprise is a mile down the street and they deliver to you. Absolutely non-professional horrible staff starting at the top from the manager, Jennifer B. My mom was in the hospital and I wanted to extend my rental for just another day due to this extreme emergency. She called me a liar and said that one additional day was going to cost me $400. All staff at this location is miserable and they will try to make your experience miserable too. What a shame that a company cannot extend a rental at the same rate when someone's relative is hospitalized and you are willing to bring proof. I am sure to write Hertz corporate about this experience and shameful behavior of all staff including Jennifer.

These guys are crooks. They will get you in with low price and then gouge you with fees and increased rental. Their manager (Jenn?) is as unprofessional as other staff. I will NOT rent again from this location ever.

I booked a pickup truck for 0930 this morning when I arrived at the counter I was told sorry we dont have a pickup truck for you--- very disappointing. One more thing the staff was not welcoming at all. I see now why Hertz might be going out of business.
