Service Costumer service , thank you for your kindness
I was very disappointed with the condition of my rental vehicle. I noticed a distinct smell in the hood of the car and realized that there was excess parts of a dead squirrel. I was later charged an extra day. do not recommended. Hertz helped me out after and I had no problem with them.
The agent handed me a was me a Nissan Rogue 2019 but was dirty from the exterior and a little dirty from the interior.
