I will always rent from this location just for the employees. Haris and Allen are the most delightful individuals to work with! Every time I come into the store, I am greeted with a warm smile and I leave even happier than I was when I came in. I even received a free upgrade on multiple occasions and didn’t even ask for it! The cars are always super clean and the service is exceptional. 5 stars for these guys and the store every time!
Budget Rental has wonderful customer service, and a wonderful selection of vehicles. I'm always a satisfied customer when I go to budget car rental!
The employees at this location really make it great. They are very hands on and polite. I wouldn’t rent vehicles from any other location in STL.
