On March 31, 2021 I went to they Charleston enterprise car rental office after reserving a vehicle at another enterprise location (that gave away my reserved vehicle). This location worked very quickly to get my reservation changed to them so they could get me a vehicle. All three of the men working in that office were courteous professional and friendly. They provided me with a vehicle that was clean and in perfect condition. When I returned the vehicle Mark graciously gave me a ride to the body shop so I could pick up my car. The next time I want to rent a car in Charleston WV, I will definitely go to the Charleston WV Enterprise Office.

I'm giving them a 4. My car being at jd byrider where I bought it 2 weeks ago and is now broke down and I don't know why cause they haven't told me that, enterprise did make sure they got me a rental. The lady was super nice and she contacted me herself to let me know she had me a rental ready

Horrible experience. Currently still stranded because the car I reserved online was not actually available and then the employee tells me it was my fault for not making reservation 24 hours ahead. Like I could time my car breaking down.

My experience is with the South Charleston branch and airport branch. Both of which are awesome in every way. Always there to help at a moments notice and with us, that's usually with every instance. Everyone is friendly in both locations and eager to do whatever they need to do to make things smooth.
