The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they helped me to find the best rate by comparing different discounts. The process was very quick; no more than 15 minutes. The car was brand new and perfectly clean. Snow scraper was included. Returning was fast and easy as well. I would definitely rent again great quality cars.

I had prepaid for a rental and paid $108.05 and when I arrived they were open so I stopped to see what it would cost to go ahead and pick it up for an additional day and was told $89.45 but then after I had returned the car with the after hours drop box they charged my card an additional $191.72 which is $102.27 more than told! Called to speak with the Manager and she said there was nothing she could do, the employee did not explain it properly!!
