Thank you for the services that where provided. It was fast and easy, and lady was very helpful and nice. Happy with service that was provided, not so much for the services that wherent provided. I had to keep the car more than needed because of point B did not have an over night turn in and where closed on the weekends. Two days more is little much.

HATE ENTERPRISE HATE ENTERPRISE.... ONCE AGAIN I CALL AND CONFIRM THE REQUIREMENTS FOR A CAR RENTAL THIS TIME FOR MY DAUGHTER AND DAY BEFORE PICK UP MY DAUGHTER GOES THERE TO CONFIRM THE RESERVATION AND LIKE ALWAYS THE ASSOCIATE ON THE PHONE FAILED TO GIVE AND/OR ADVISE OF PERTINENT REQUIREMENTS FOR RENTING A CAR. WE CONFIRMED WITH ENTERPRISE OVER THE PHONE THAT SHE COULD RENT A CAR AT THE AGE OF 23 AND USE A DEBIT CARD IN HER NAME AND THAT SINCE SHE DID NOT HAVE A CAR POLICY THAT SHE COULD PURCHASE ONE. ONCE THERE SHE IS TOLD SHE CANNOT RENT A CAR BECAUSE SHE DOESN'T HAVE A AUTO POLICY. OF COURSE WE ARE MAD SINCE THIS HAS NOW HAPPENED AGAIN. I CALL AND MAKE A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND THEY ADVISE ME OF EVEN MORE POLICYS SURROUNDING THE USE OF DEBITS CARDS THAT WERE NEVER DISCLOSED TO US. IS IT TOO MUCH TO ASK THAT THEY DISCLOSE ALL REQUIREMENTS SO THAT CUSTOMERS CAN MAKE AND INFORMED DECISION AND ALSO ALLOW THEM TO PROPERLY PREPARE FOR PICK UP???? YEARS AGO A SIMILAR ISSUE HAPPENED WHEN I ONLY BROUGHT THE DEBIT CARD I BOOKED WITH INSTEAD OF A CREDIT CARD. i WAS NEVER INFORMED THAT A CREDIT CARD WAS NEED OR I WOULD HAVE BROUGHT ONE..THE UNSYMPATHETIC ASSOCIATE ONLY ADVISED IT WAS A NEW POLICY. MOVING FORWARD I WILL PAY EXTRA IF I HAVE TO SO I DON'T USE ENTERPRISE AGAIN. THIS ORGANIZATION IS SO BIG ITS STUPID AND OVERLOOKING DETAILS THAT ARE CAUSING HUGE PROBLEMS IN THE LIFE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS!!
