Enterprise Rent-A-Car is my selection for renting vehicles. First of all my employer offers a discount which is worth using (though they offer several companies to choose from, my best experience is with Enterprise), myself and family members having been renting vehicles from the Smith Street Charleston, WV location and Cleveland Road, Wooster, OH for numerous years. Their customer service is outstanding. Representatives are knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my needs. Thanks to their staff, Enterprise Rent-A-Car is a great company to work with. It was alright until the smoking fee even through I vacuum an detailed the entire car before turning the keys in
Well this is about the tenth vehicle we have had to get . We are three and a half hours from home only to discover we are driving on expired tags! Y’all need to get your act together seriously!!!This is the second week in a row we have rented a vehicle from smith street Charleston location. Vehicle last week was not clean. I was given a 15% discount & an apology. The van we just picked up is also still dirty ....for example French fries in console, dirt in cup holder , and on floor in back seat, van smelled like cigars, and there was a ring from suction cups on windshield. Under normal circumstances, I would not care. But due to Covid , I am concerned about the actual disinfecting. I don’t want a discount, I want to pick up a clean ,disinfected vehicle.
No matter which office I use they always treat me well.
People here are a little bit uptight or snooty so to say but I've only noticed that at this specific location.
