I rent a car from the Enterprise off Division in Arlington once a month to visit my elderly father. This time I choose this location because it was more convenient at the time. The manager, Ryan tells me that next time I have to rent from the city I live in because I used a debit card for payment....mind you, I live in Fort Worth and never have a problem renting from the Arlington location. Not to mention the car was a mess on the inside...stains on the seats, floors not vacuumed, fingerprints on the windows. Lets just say I will NEVER rent from here again.
