Unbelievably Great Customer Service by all staff - especially a CRM star named Montana.nnI travel quite a bit like many people.nnSometimes I rent up to 3 rental cars in a day, I know what service is both good and bad.nnI was another rental car company Gold member for several years, this trip Avis had a better corporate rate. At most FBO.s at private airports I had great service, but not like the service I had at Grapevine, Tx. Avis.nnTraveling this trip on Airlines I needed a car for a several month long project. I found the best rate was not at DFW but off site like they usually are, so I took Uber the short trip to Avis.nnI am on the third month of this project, I stop by to pick up my bill as we scan our receipts, a young gentleman named Montana knows my name when I walk in, has my paper work ready, takes care of any requests and knows what correct procedures are the first time.nnCompanies need to promote from within more and Montana definitely has a great future at any company, Avis don’t loose this one.nnGreat customer Service - Better than DFW prices.
The vehicle (Tahoe) that I was given was dirty upon pickup. After a few hours of driving it the dash showed that the car needed to be serviced for an oil change. As we drove the windows were getting dirty due to weather, but I couldn't clean my windows because there was no wiper fluid. I bought wiper fluid and later discovered that the back window wiper fluid dispenser didn't work.
Stole over $700 over our bill. REFUSE to return it
