The staff at enterprise in Henderson are wonderful, they were very helpful and got me on the road with no problems. The car was reliable and nice. I would highly recommend their business to anyone who needs to rent a car!
Twice, not once, but twice, Enterprise at Henderson Collision failed to follow through on a reservation. The second time (and the only reason there was a second time was limited options), I called to verify my reservation and vehicle at both Enterprise Customer Service AND Henderson Collision. When I arrived at my agreed time, I was once again told the vehicle was not available. They were more than happy to give me a vehicle I did not want OR need. So once again, I have to cancel my plans. There will not be a third time. I was treated like a nuisance each time and the woman I dealt with had no customer service manner at all.
Very friendly staff. Car was ready when i arrived. Nice car and very clean! Fast service only took about 10 minutes!
