Alamo Rent A Car

Really friendly staff. Super helpful and very quick service. Was able to answer all of my insurance inquiries. We got upgraded from a premium sedan to an Audi SUV. Great experience all around. Note, to get to the rental pickup and drop off, you need to take a quick shuttle from the airport. The shuttle was clean, friendly drivers that helped with bags, and the shuttle was exclusively Alamo renters, so we didn’t have to wait any longer than a minute or so to get moving. Hands down one of the fastest and easiest rental experiences I’ve ever had. Props to the whole team there. Keep up the good work guys!

I have rented from Alamo PDX twice and every time it seems to get easier and easier.nThey offer a shuttle that is always there and ready for us. I hop right on the kiosk and swipe my license and my reservation pops right up. My ticket prints out and they have a car waiting for us.nDrop off is super easy as well and once we’re done we jump right back on the shuttle back to the airport. it’s very easy and convenient We love using Alamo

Alamo at PDX was great shuttle for ride to lot was quick helpful drivers lifting our luggage! Car was great service friendly and quick. Only downside is we took the time to do the Skip the Counter forms only to have us not be able to skip the counter lol

Great experience in these troubled times. Managed to keep everyone socially distanced while still providing great customer service. I was dissatisfied with my first make of car so they swapped me out immediately with no questions asked. Return was also very easy, and car performed great.

I would like to Thank the Crew at the PDX Alamo office for a wonderful check-out, car and check in experience. When getting off the short shuttle to the office I was welcomed by Peter who quickly checked me out and the car I reserved was ready and pulled up to the office, then heading out another very nice person checked over the car and realized there was a small scratch and marked it on my agreement, then gave perfect directions to a nearby lunch spot. The check in process was seemless as well. GREAT Car too at a GREAT Price, I will be back. Please say Thanks to the whole staff!
