I have rented cars with Avis for years now, I've always had a good experience and enjoy the ease of renting, pick up and drop off.
I had a very good experience, from checking in to leaving the staff was very friendly and professional and the whole process was very easy. I received a new 2020 vehicle that I was happy with.
I had reservations with another rental car company, and they did not have my vehicle. I was frantic and getting a vehicle to travel out of town, and your associate Lori, at the Portland Oregon Airport facility was a tremendous help. I was in tears and worried my holiday plans would fall through. She made my day, and my holiday was a success. She's seen how devastated I was and even offered a hug. Some of the best customer service experience I have had in 2020. If she is up for review I highly recommend a holiday bonus.
Staff was very helpful and it was quick and easy to get my car once we arrived.
Avis is easy, efficient, and reasonable. The agents are always friendly and let me choose my car. The cars are always clean and ready to go. The check out process at PDX airport is fast and easy as well.
