I personally loved the SUV they rented me. The prices were affordable. I was upset that I was suppose to rent a truck and there were none in stock. But the SUV was nice. What really upset me was the next day of driving the SUV the oil low light kept coming on. I had to personally buy oil and put it in the truck myself. I feel like they should have made sure it was already good to go before renting it. Overall satisfied and would definitely go back. The sales rep was super nice and informative.

I love doing business with Enterprise! Easy to rent, convenient pick up and return and in all the times I have rented from them, I have never had any “hidden” fees. It’s always to the penny what was quoted. The employees are phenomenal. I fly into Portland a lot and have never had one bad experience with obtaining my rental car... even with all the construction chaos... Enterprise is without a doubt the best!!!

I am not Alyssa. I am her Mother. My husband and I are always pleased with your service and that is why we use you every time we come to Portland. This past Friday you went beyond the call of duty and found a wheel chair for my husband and a very nice employee took us to the Delta ticket counter. We would not have made it without his help. The rental cars are located adjacent to the Portland Airport terminal so there is no need to ride a shuttle. Check out and check in were fast and efficient. We had a choice of cars to choose from and enjoyed the car we selected. The only glitch was that my wife was not listed as an approved driver of the car in spite of providing her driver's license at check in. Enterprise would not correct this over the phone and instructed us to go to any Enterprise location. We were then told that all spouses are automatically included in Oregon. The rep offered to send me an email confirming the approved drivers; however I never received one. I just felt a bit insecure about the issue throughout our trip. Other than that, it was all good.

Checkout was seamless and quick, which was wonderful. However, check in was not as smooth and we ultimately were not given the type of car that we had reserved. We were offered a Jeep Wrangler as an alternative. It is a long car that is difficult to parallel park if you're not used to it. Downtown Portland is crowded and requires a lot of parallel parking. I would recommend waiting for your original reservation if you have the time. I would also recommend filling up the gas tank before you return the car as opposed to pre-paying for a full tank (it will be cheaper).
