i travel a lot and use a number of different companies for car and hotel. This was my first rental with National and I was very impressed. The process was smooth, efficient and the vehicle was perfect. I've had a bad experience with a rival company, so it's good to know I can have a bit more peace of mind renting from National - and I'll be sure to do so again. Thank you.
National Car Rental is great. The Emerald club is very convenient. Just show up, pick your car from the aisle and drive to the checkout where they confirm you and send you on your way. Pre-fill your gas tank if you plan on returning it on empty or just fill up before you return. I'll use them every time I travel.
As always easy from start to finish.
Decent car limited selection.nIn this case no one had inspected since last renter. Found a ding in the windshield that was noticeable. Did call and report it on the way out customer service took note with no issues but I'd expect they had to see it when driving back to the lot.
The Emerald Isle was super quick and easy, upgraded to a slightly nicer vehicle, and was in my way. Returning the vehicle was just as quick and easy. Highly recommended National Car Rental
