I have rented from this Enterprise location for several years now, and each time, my experience has been fantastic! Tyler, James, Stephanie and the rest of the Enterprise team have always gone above and beyond with stellar customer service. I rented a car this past week, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. James and Stephanie went out of their way to make sure they could get me into a car that would meet my needs, and they delivered! These folks are always friendly, courteous and consistently go the extra mile to make sure my experience is great. After renting cars for many, many years, I can say that no other rental car company has even come close to Tyler and team at this Enterprise location - they're the best!

Positive friendly employees greeted me at an exterior makeshift kiosk table w/umbrella.nnBased on my preferences, they didn’t have my car in stock / available so they kindly offered to upgrade me to a Cadillac CTX. It clearly an extravagant upgrade over the mid-size car I’d expected the get. Everything worked flawlessly for a very enjoyable rental experience.nnThe return team was equally as friendly and helpful, and had me check-in and back to my family in a matter of minutes.nnI’d highly recommend this Enterprise RAC location.

This Enterprise location (8008 NE Fourth Plain Blvd.) is the best car rental location that I've found in the Vancouver area. I received such excellent customer service from James the Assistant Manager at this location, that this is now the only car rental company and location that I want to do business with.nnEvery time that I've been here, James has gone out of his way to provide amazing customer service and it has won me over as a loyal customer. The best deals that I've found are through Costco.nnThe engine in my personal vehicle blew out around the end of April 2020 so I had to start renting a vehicle. I am now on my 5th month of consecutive car rentals from Enterprise (over $5,000), and I am hoping to be able to buy a new vehicle ASAP.nnIn these last 5 months of renting vehicles, I've rented from 3 different locations and have had a couple bad experiences, but it was all redeemed when I rented from James and the staff here. Now, I would just rather deal with James at this location because I feel that he is trustworthy, fair, and genuinely cares about the customer. I've also noticed that this location has tended to have a larger and better selection of vehicles. Thanks guys, God bless you!

My car was in the Shop and I needed to rent a vehicle. I was looking around at the cars and then I saw a black Jeep.....that was it. I loved driving it. I had to give it back eventually and it was around my birthday and I innocently asked if I could HAVE this as a birthday present. The guy laughed. I tried. Lolud83eudd17
