Hertz took my money and are not giving it back. I was the victim of a car accident and had to use their rental while mine was in the shop. Not only is the withdraw showing up as ATM NOT HERTZ. But it has also I was told the funds would be returned within 24 hours. Where is it?!? Not to mention there was food in the back seat of my rental when I picked it up. I returned the car better then what was given to me I should get my 50 bucks plus something extra for spending my hard earned money on cleaning something you guys dont even clean properly!!! I just gave birth and need my money back!

I would like to recognize Sam who works at this location for his outstanding customer service. I'm a gold plus member who rent often for my company travel. I showed up today to pick up a car l reserved but they were out of cars. I was not very happy to hear that but Sam went out of his way to go pick up a car for me. If the owner is reading this give the man a raise.
Yes all the negative reviews are right on (and I don't normally trust negative reviews). This was the worst rental experience I ever had. The did not honor our reservation and said they had no cars and did NOTHING toward trying to resolve the problem or get something from another location even the next day. Don't waste your time renting here they will cancel your reservation.
Had no problems. Customer service rep was friendly and helpful. Prompt service and we were out in a short period of time.
