As far as Customer service, the counter agent was cordial. He assisted in connecting my phone to the vehicle...lol.nnThe vehicle was nice, but it wasn't exactly cleaned well, in my opinion.nnMy only, actual issue was with returning the car. My reservation return time was 12:30, but the office was closed and didn't have instructions for after hours return. I spent more than 20 mins on the phone with customer service... found a resolve.
Until a couple of days ago, I didn't know this place existed because they are kind of hidden in the shopping center and I have never seen a sign from the street. Excellent service.
Omg what a bad service they have they Rent me a car which had 357000 miles in it. I will never recommend that place to anyone
They could do a better job of cleaning their vehicles.
Will be on hold indefinitely and if you leave a single crumb you will be charged a cleaning fee. Will never rent from here again and will let my family and friends know how pitiful Hertz as a company is.
