Horrible experience!!!! I would not recommend this place ever. Staff are very insensitive. Price of rental is the most expensive in the industry and quality of service is trash. Company policy for appointments are horrible. I will never shop here again.
We have had to rent vehicles form this location ( Texas City) multiple time, and they have always done great. Vehicles are clean and ready to go. Everything is explained and you are given all the information needed for your rental. Dropping off the vehicle is even easier.
I've rented from this location several times over the years and I don't ever have issues. The staff is always really nice, they always have the car I want available, and the process is smooth. I do think Enterprise should upgrade their cars but other than that, no issues. I'll definitely continue to rent from them!
This is the second time I've used them for a car rental. I rented a vehicle for one full week. The economy vehicle was unavailable at the time so I was given the option to an upgraded vehicle. I was very pleased with the experience and the vehicle. I will use Enterprise Rent-A-Car again when I need them.
Very clean cars. Great about covid protection. Small selection of cars, but really friendly staff
