Remove closed locations off Google please, and definitely do not verify a rental at a closed location. Due to the circumstances I ended up walking 4.5 miles to only be told the location closed in February.

My vehicle wasn't in good travel condition. Adam didn't want to assist to make my business experience pleasant with this branch of enterprise. No other vehicle was available to change nor offered. I asked for the area managers information Adam refused to give this information to me. I will not use this enterprise location again.
Small one person office so can be difficult to reach by phone. May be difficult if you need them to pick you up. I did my reservation online and had someone drop me off to get the rental. The pickup/drop off of rental car was very easy and hassle free. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
