Hertz is top notch! They picked me up at the body shop within 15 minutes. Very professional excellent communication. They got upgraded from a sub compact to a mid size SUV! Thank you team for providing outstanding customer service!

Do not rent from here. It is poor customer service. They charge you for things that you should not be charged for. The staff is unreasonable and has poor communication skills. They will not pick up your calls and will not call you back if they say they are. I had a poor experience renting from this location. They were not fair with what they charged me and gave me charged that were not supposed to be on there. I will never rent from hertz or this location again.

Car would turn check engine light if gas was lower than 3/4 tank.nnI returned the car before my reservation ended. Asked for a refund and they were not cooperative. In fact, they were condescending and short of calling me a liar in the face.nnThis is not Hertz customer service. I will never rent from this location for sure.

Terrible location. Use any other location or company before visiting this place.nnShowed up to pick up my reserved rental car to be told that it had just been given away. Then told “they are going to get more cars from Firestone just sit down and they’ll be right back” ... over 1 hour later... from a Firestone less than 10 minutes away.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They will close your file then unexpectedly charge your card a month later. No warning. No explanation. My case was an insurance claim too. They are not organized. I work in customer service too, I WOULD NEVER CHARGE SOMEONE CARD WITH NO NOTICE. NO RECEIPT. NOTHING!!!!!!!!! $412 taken from my account. During a fkn pandemic where money is tight fir everyone. Hertz on warbird you’re POS! Thieves. I filed a claim too legally.
