Horrible Service. The two times ive had to come to this place because Enterprise unfortunately did not have last minute cars, the older man has been in a bad mood and rude. The lady now there is also super moody. They know its a business right? They dont care! The car I got was super dirty! Which I didnt mention anything because I just needed the car but the car was a mess! Did they even sanitize the car? I sure did myself just in case with how dirty it was. Next time I cant get a car with my preferred awesome place Enterprise, i'd rather just cancel my trip than come to this place just get rudeness and no customer service at all.
Went to get a car after Thanksgiving to get a car I reserved online. Got there at the time they set my appointment for, actually about 10 minutes early. Lady working had already closed the store down and set alarm. She was about to get in her car when I got there. She wouldn't get my car which again was reserved and paid for already on a credit card, she was also extremely rude. I would have been disappointed in any situation but I needed this car to get to South Texas to spend time with my dad who doesn't have long due to cancer and underlying complications with diabetes. Worst service ever.
Called on phone call ignored several times over 2 days finally answered left me on hold for 8 minutes. Once on location one person working as normal at rental agencies but service was friendly.
Jeff was rude and very unprofessional when speaking with me about a rental exchange. Will not be renting from Avis in the future.
Katy is absolutely awesome! A military veteran who deserves our respect. She was friendly with everyone that came in.nJeff, however was the guy I had to deal with when turning the car in. Judging by other reviews, it wasn't just me. He charged me an extra hour and would not budge. I had to call corporate to get that waived.
