What a complete ripoff. Read every aspect of your contract. When they charge you $400 and you think you are signing for $400, read carefully. I reserved this vehicle online and declined their insurance online, because my personal insurance covers rentals. In person they asked me if I wanted it for $35 a day! I said, No (while shaking my head no) I have my own personal insurance. My husband even responded,” And it’s pretty good insurance.” Even though we already said no when we PAID for our rental online. After we decline the insurance again, we continue to converse and laugh with Jeff assuming all is well. In doing so, we don’t read every single letter of the contract, which I assumed was telling us the standard,”if you break it you buy it.” and telling us the cost of $400. Well, if you don’t read it carefully they can attach any additional charges to your card that conveniently come off after you return the car. They don’t try to charge you right then, because then you will catch their little scam and decline it for the 4th time. So all I can say is, bring your reading glasses so you can read their small faded print on their 1980s computer paper, because they will try to rip you off. Pay the $50 extra and go to enterprise, because after they charged me an additional $230!... I would have actually saved $180 with them! Also, enterprise cars won’t smell like pot and old McDonald’s either. ud83eudd22

This location is the worst. I wish google would allow you to leave something below one star. The customer service is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced dealing with what should’ve been a easy rental. Alex was so busy detailing his privately own vehicle that he couldn’t assist me with my rental needs. Shame on you.

Very very satisfied! I received Great customer service from Katy. The vehicle was clean, and really nice too.nI was surprised to find such a fantastic price, last minute, on the weekend, and such a wonderful vehicle too. Other companies had either nothing to offer or they wanted hundreds of dollars for a single day.nI will definitely chose budget again over their competitors.nI would like to see the direct line to specific locations being answered more, but I am happy they have been so busy.nKeep it up guys, I appreciate the hard work!

This was by far one of the worst customer sevice experiences ever. I can see from other reviews that I'm not alone. I will never do business with this owner/ operator (whatever he is) again. Also car smelled like a combo of Marijuana and cigarettes. I called and was told no other vehicles available. I called the main customer care to let them know.

We made reservation online. Put in who was driver and that we would take liability. Got a reduced rate. Got there and fit says $27 extra as driver not person who is paying. Then $35 for ins. When said no he said well then we call your insurance to let them know your renting a commercial vehicle. Online you had choices and one was you accept liability. Then we paid to rent a dolly. They had it sitting behind the truck on ground. Go to Penske they are better and honor online pricing.
