Geico assigned me a rental from here in the wake of an accident. After returning the rental, they charged me over $320.00 for extra coverage that I was unaware of and not approved by me. When following up with an apathetic representative, she was rude and unhelpful. This location is devoid of business ethics and customer service, and really just all round basic manners.
Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Savannah Highway in West Ashley is a great place for all things car rental. They make the entire process very easy and quick when you need a vehicle and want to be on the move. The staff here is very professional and works hard to make sure that you have everything you need for your journey.
Customer service was excellent the whole squad Josh like to thank them My car did smell bad but I spoke to them about it and they fixed the situation thank enterprise
Picked up my rental at the Enterprise inside of Hendricks Luxury Collision. Car was full of gas, but was not cleaned. The dash wasn’t even wiped down and it wreaked of smoke. I drove 1 mile down the road and stopped into another Enterprise and they were very accommodating. They gave me a different vehicle. This one wasn’t cleaned as it should have been. Not sure why these vehicles are not detailed.
Very busy location but everyone still made sure to acknowledge I was there. Shawn was exceptional and friendly. Would rent from this location again.
