We made a rental car reservation for 11am. We showed up to get car, and the woman working at the front desk said that do not have cars available for the weekend and we should never have been able to make a reservation.nnThe woman at the front desk was incredibly rude, disrespectful and not helpful. She acted like our not being able to rent a car was no big deal.nnEnterprise just one door down was EXTREMELY helpful and allowed us to rent a car despite the fact that they were closing.nnNever work with this Avis location!

Paid 500 dollars for a reservation to pick up a Toyota 4Runner today at 11am. We arrive and the woman working there claimed there was “no cars” available and said there was nothing she could do and was extremely horrible and rude. We called AVIS and they said our reservation was good and there should we a car. So what really happened is that this “woman” allowed previous clients to extend their reservations even though there were already reservations booked for those particular cars. It happened to probably everyone who walked into the building at the same time as us. I don’t care if she owns the place, she is incredibly rude and incompetent and NO ONE should rent a car at this place or fund this woman’s incompetence. Don’t own a franchise if you don’t know how running a business works. Hoping to get her fired.

It was really complicated picking up the car from the Airport but the people was great and the return Downtown was even greater.

Keesha was amazing! I needed to trade a car rental from Avis in the midwest, and she made it easy. Awesome service!

Poor customer service. You call by phone and the lady doesn't tell you her name and answer me with attitude, don't let myself explain my situation. If I could give him 0 star, I'd do it but I can't.ud83dudc4e
