My 1st experience with Hertz was EXCELLENT!!! Trey was very friendly and his personality is incredible!! I will definitely without a doubt return and I will recommend Hertz to my friends and family in case they need or want to rent a car. THANKS TREY, YOU’RE THE BEST!!!
My fiance hit something in our van it's 5 this morning. Been trying to track down everybody to get things taken care of to put her with some Transportation as soon as possible. Hertz at the airport does not do insurance claims Hertz on Washington Road did not have any cars was waiting would be later on tonight. But thanks to Superman tray at the Aiken satellite office he was able to put my fiance back in a van just like the one that she crashed long before tonight. Trey is a great guy wish y'all had three more just like him.
If I could it would be 0 stars. I confirmed a vehicle by internet and by phone, when I got there, they blame each other for vehicle not being available. Gave me a smaller o e with no discount, which I had to take due to timeliness to make it to a flight on a different state
Ashley was very nice and was very helpful with getting the car rental completed.
