Amazingly fast and friendly service. Ability to rent with a debit card, 200 deposit on that debit card and two local utilities bills made it ideal for me. The selection of vehicles was excellent for my needs(15 passenger van for family trip to NYC and a Nissan Versa for a quick up and down to Maryland.

Worst experience ever!!!!!! We put in our reservation on January 17, 2021 and received my confirmation email. Also received another email confirming my rental on March 3rd. We went to pick rental up on today and they asked for an ID and credit card. As I was going to get the credit card the representative went inside the store talk to manager and came back out and informed us that there were no rentals available. Mind You the reservation was put in ever since January and for a very great price. We never received a call, never received a voicemail, email or ANYTHING. They said that they tried to contact us multiple times. My question was Why was there no “VOICEMAIL” left? Why did they not go ahead and cancel the reservation AHEAD OF TIME? Why did they not even email us? Why ask for Credit Card! We will never no what the real issue was, but We were very upset because we had drove over a hour to the store and all they could say was that they were sorry. These has to be new managers because we have rented before from them but these NEW people were very unprofessional they even LOOKED unprofessional. The manager Pants were sagging and everything. What kind of business is this???

I rent frequently and the staff and service is superior.... except they're late picking me up EVERY time I book for pick up service. So if you want to be picked up at 4pm, tell them 315pm and they'll pick you up promptly at 4pm.

Great Service, was greeted social distance, explain your options for your need and budget. I did not reserve a spot but he help me still, to get me on my way.

Robert was very understanding and listened to me. He put me in the vehicle that was suitable for my needs. The customer service was outstanding and the environment was a friendly atmosphere. Again thanks Robert you ROCK!!!!
