My advice to people considering renting a car from this establishment would be to run away and go to Enterprise.nI just returned a rental I had from them for 3 days that i extended 1 day by phone prior to its return time. When returned the car was billed a premium rate plus hourly rate that was just shy of a days rate. My bill for 3 days rental was $300.00 for a quoted price of $113.00 .
2 weeks ago in mid-July, my family rented the car from Budget for just one day. After we returned the car next day, Enterprise is supposed to pick us up to their shop to rent another car. However, their phone line was always busy. Bruce, the gentleman from Budget, was very kind in sending us to Enterprise! He didn't have to do this, yet he did it out of good will. Thank you so much, Bruce!
There was a funny confusion with my car's milage. Apparently I drove over 50,000 miles in two days. Easily fixed without issue. Great staff
Have rented here a couple of times. Great friendly service!!!
This is THE WORST experience ever. They charged us over $100 more a day than Seattles Budget- for a SMALLER car and then tried to up sell is on insurance which we had with the last car so it would've been $130 more- And my fiancé couldn't drive the car because he only has a debit card- not a credit card. F*** this place- go to Enterprise and save yourself!!!!
