I think they do a great job! Nine years in same house and I've had no problems

They're very careless. They could EASILY place the trash can(s) back where they got them. Mine has been in the road, in the ditch, they do not care.

They are the only service available and they are terrible. About once a month the don't pick up my trash, forcing me to call and get a special pickup. I live in a subdivision and have houses on both side; yet they often don't pick up my refuse.

The service workers were tremendously helpful this morning providing assistance to an elderly neighbor who fell face first on her gravel driveway. Their immediate assistance most likely prevented a more serious outcome. Tell them thanks

I can never reach them. The website is garbage. All around poor service. I hate I moved into this area.
