Budget Car Rental

Other than getting a car with expired tags its ok.

You expect me to pay for an extension during an ice storm. Expected me to pay because I was unable to move the vehicle. Wanted me to return the vehicle when there was a 24h mandatory curfew. Wanted me to return the car when there was 3in of ice on the road. Go with enterprise, they'll treat you better.

The car I was rented was unsafe and had major mechanical issues. I had no choice but to drive a vehicle that put my life as well as my families life in danger. Despite many calls to customer service and roadside assistance to get help or trade in the vehicle I rented, they could not and did not help. I will never recommend Budget to any of my family or friends as it is clear that this company has no value for human life or the safety of their vehicles. I have contacted my Attorney and I will be taking legal action against Budget Rental Car. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This company does not live up to their standards in quality, convenience or customer service. All I asked for was to rent a safe a reliable vehicle so I could travel to visit my family and instead I was rented a death trap. Thanks Budget for almost killing me and my family.

I got a great deal on the rental car and when I arrived, they upgraded my rental at no additional cost. There was an ease of the entire process and all of their staff was extremely helpful and courteous.

I would recommend friends and family the customer service was great the car was clean and nice
