Budget Car Rental

Called on 9-17-20 to reserve a car and was given a confirmation number to pick up at 8:30 am on 9-18-20 by my daughter. She arrived and was told by the Budget employee working “oh I forgot to call you, we don’t have any cars!!” All the time she was standing there talking to the lady about this mess the phone was ringing and the employee was picking the phone up hand hanging it up!! Not even trying to take customer calls!! I have a trip to Florida in October and I will not be using Budget!! This information will be passed along to all my friends that travel a lot!! #poorcustomerservice #neveragain

Get told one thing on the phone and something totally differnt in store! So went somewhere else with my business. Then on the day I had reserved to pick up they call me and tell me they didnt have the vehicle I had reserved. Good thing I went somewhere else!

The worst experience I have had with customer service. I reserved a vehicle months in advance and confirmed several days before only to receive a voicemail 1 day prior saying that they didn't have my vehicle. Never use this place.

They did not open as scheduled when I returned the vehicle. The drop box was a cardboard box.The vehicle was not clean when I rented the vehicle. I reserved the van in February and had to wait 3 hours to pick it up on scheduled date. I wish I could give it a 0 star rating.

We had a reservation for 3:00 to pick up a moving truck two days before we closed on our home (needed to be out). We confirmed the reservation the morning of, only to arrive and find the store closed. I called the number listed on our reservation and spoke with a customer “service” representative who eventually “escalated” my issue to the regional inventory manager. This manager was supposed to call me back and help find a truck nearby for us to use, but as expected, I never heard back. I called this location the following morning to voice my displeasure. During the conversation, I was informed their hours had been reduced to 8:00 - 1:00 due to Covid-19 since March (we made our reservation in April). When I asked they didn’t feel it was necessary to tell us this when she confirmed our reservation, her response was “there’s nothing I can do, but there are other rental companies I can use”. I have no clue how this location remains in business operating this way. I strongly urge anyone considering using this location to search elsewhere
