Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Everytime I go here the wait gets longer and longer. No matter the reservation time. The girls are very nice but I don't want to spend an hour or more of my time waiting, no one pays me for my time but let me be a little late returning the car and I will be charged another day.

Called 8 times. On hold for more that 5 minutes each time.

Great people to work with very accommodating and reasonable prices on rentals. Thanks so much see you next time I need your services.

This review has nothing to do with the staff at the downtown Jackson location. They are always polite and professional! I reserved a car at Enterprise’s Byram location, which is about 15 miles from where I live. I arrived to find the location closed. CLOSED! There’s no mention of this on the website! There was only a sign on the door redirecting me to pick up my reserved vehicle at the downtown location, so my wife and I turned around and headed there (another 11 or 12 miles) only to be told that they were “out of vehicles” and couldn’t honor my reservation! I realize that Covid-19 has affected virtually everything, but please Enterprise, get someone to update your website! I’ve done business with Enterprise for many years, and this is NOT the level of service I’m accustomed to!
