I made a reservation for 10am, get to the desk at 9:50, the CSR isn't there. I wait 10 more minutes she finally appears and says they have no cars available. Told her I have booked and paid for this rental to secure it, drove an hour to get it, get there and she is of no help at all. Her only response was they do it all the time. She needs more training on customer service. Im glad enterprise down the street had something available for us to rent.

Do not use this location! Unprofessional! The woman was outside not even at the desk I had to call a representative she finally came back in when I was on the phone with Avis. I called her out on it and then she asked if I checked the mileage I said no so she makes me wait another 20 minutes like it takes that long to check the mileage and then come back and say we gunna charge you 250 “cuz tha pet hair in the car” hahaha seriously wow what poor way to get back at somebody because you were not doing your job pathetic...

Had a reservation for 1:30 pm. Got there at 1:45 and the place was closed. Would give this 0 stars if I could.

If I could give less than a Star I would!!! I'm so upset! I make a reservation for 12 and prepaid but I get a call at 11:50 saying they are closing at 12. I was never told they were closing early and only put 12 down as the earliest I could be there. I have never rented from someone that said if you prepay and are a minute or longer late that your car is no longer yours. After 3 calls to customer service I am now not entitled to a refund and I have to pay $310 instead of $130 bc i'm renting the same car, for the same amount of time, from the airport! If you prepay for a car, why would it be available to anyone else??? I get if you don't prepay that someone else could get it but I can't begin to understand their logic or their customer service. I have never felt so belittled and treated like a child!!! Absolutely the last time I ever use Avis or any of their Sister companies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
