Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Carrie provided me with a tremendous rental experience. She was knowledgeable, polite, efficient and answered all my questions. Upon returning a week later same experience. Enterprise needs to hire more folks like Carrie. Well done!!

I waited over 6 hours for a car . I had an important meeting that afternoon. I missed the meeting . What a waste of time reserving a car. They didn't have any cars. Why allow customers to reserve a timeframe ? So many people were disappointed that day. If you need to rent a car, you should look elsewhere . They use to be a great place to rent from.

This has got to be the worst experience when dealing with a rental company.nWe reserved a mini SUV 2 weeks ahead of time and everything was confirmed. We arrived to pick and was told they didn't have any. The person helping us wouldn't even call around to any other locations to find anything. They had no interest in fixing the problem. Maybe it's time to invest in some customer service training for your employees. God knows they need it!nThankfully a van had just been turned in that day That went downhill the moment they opened the doors. Someone had been smoking marijuana in it. The smell was so strong that it caused headaches and made one passenger sick at their stomach. We had the car for 5 days and could never get the smell out.nSupposedly the van had been cleaned before they brought it around to us. That was a lie too or they would have noticed the marijuana in the cupholder or the wallet left in it from the person who had it before.nThis location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. You would think when they mess up that they would do everything in their power to make the situation right but that never happened.

I have a been a customer at Enterprise for many years and recently I had the worst experience I've ever had with Enterprise. When I first arrived at the location I was the only customer there and was ignored by multiple staff members for about 10 minutes. Once I was finally assisted the lady helping me lied about the car I would be given and ultimately gave me a car half the size of the car I was originally promised. Then when they brought the car around there were 3 people in the car and none of them were wearing masks. I asked if they would disinfect the car and she refused. She only disinfected the car when I asked a third time and requested to speak to a manager. After that she changed the location of my returning of the car without informing of the change. Then when I called customer service to change it back to the original return location they changed it but did not inform me the location was temporarily closed. So I had to drive an extra 15 miles to get the car back. I have called customer service 3 times to talk about the situation, but still have not gotten a response. I extremely disappointed with the service I received and would like someone to acknowledge the situation.

I’m always pleased with the customer service at Enterprise. The employees are always friendly. I’mnAlso pleased with every vehicle I’ve ever rented. Enterprise is my go to business whenever I need to rent a vehicle.
