Absolutely amazing service! Ricardo, Michelle, and Mandy were extremely helpful with my situation with insurance and total loss. They were so understanding and sympathetic due to the loss. We reserved a vehicle. It took us an hour to get there. Once we got there, there was only one person working the counter and taking everyone to their rental. Took us over over hour & a half to be helped FINALLY we are up but instead of helping us so we can get going we have to wait every time the phone rings which was constantly (sometimes you just have to let it ring when there is no other help, they can call back) we had waited long enough. After that we find out the truck isn’t even there. Took it for an oil change so then we wait again.nPoint is they need more help! Overall it was OVER a 2 hour deal. Just Ridiculous!
